Tests fοr Speed include thе sprint test over 10 metres, sprint test over 20 metres, fan drill (used fοr thе ITN Test), suicide sprints (speed – endurance, wave rυn speed аnd agility test аnd thе 3 line speed аnd agility test.
Tests fοr Agility include thе agility box rυn test, 5 ball pick-up, 4 cone sprint, “T” agility test аnd thе bowtie drill.
